SolutionWe appointed a dedicated account manager with first class communication and leadership skills and this proved essential to the success of the contract to date. We also replaced subcontractors with in-house operatives while our improved procurement of consumable items has led to greater investment of resources.
OutcomeBetter-managed staff has led to motivated staff that deliver an enhanced service on a consistent basis. Fewer contracts, procured to best value principles leaves the client more free time to concentrate on core business issues.
