ChallengeSouthern Housing Group were looking to move their staff from various locations to one, new office. However, delays in the initial build stage, before bluu came to site, meant there were anxieties about possible penalties if the relocation was not completed on time.
SolutionWe liaised with the client and prioritised on a daily basis. The fit out featured cellular offices with glazed partitions and special glass blockwork. It also included timber flooring, internal atrium staircase, exposed air conditioning ductwork and extensive decoration.
OutcomeDespite the short amount of time available, our customer relocated to their new premises on time - according to plan.
