ChallengePrudential's Business Centre at Green Park was suffering from fierce competition from other local venues. They needed to improve utilisation rates and increase revenue by developing use of the centre by external organisations.
SolutionTo achieve these goals, Prudential appointed bluu to manage the business centre as well as run the total facilities management contract that we had already been awarded. We recruited a specialist business centre manager with responsibility for promotion, bookings & managemen. We then embarked on a marketing campaign using e-marketing, direct mail, Internet and developed networks to promote the centre and build local awareness.
OutcomeSales growth at the centre increased by 500%. Utilisation rates increased with regular users including CISCO Systems, Thames Water and Reading University. The site was also used as the launch centre for the new Range Rover.
