ChallengeLowe Lintas, a leading advertising agency, wanted to update their new space in Bowater House to reflect their contemporary image. In addition, the fit-out needed to be carried out while the building was occupied.
SolutionWe created a new entrance and reception within the existing structure of the multi-tenanted building and also installed a licensed bar. The works used an innovative glass and mezzanine styling that required the sourcing of specialist materials and intricately planned logistics.
OutcomeOur occupied premises management meant the project ran successfully and Chris Mullen from Lowe Lintas said: "bluu were very professional in their approach to the project and delivered a quality job under strict time constraints."
