ChallengeThe Learning Skills Council wanted to combine their North Western offices under one roof. They required a flexible company to deal with the relocation and fit out of their head office to tight deadlines. Phased completion was introduced part way through.
Solutionbluu worked in partnership with M&E contractors which allowed us to negotiate long procurement times without which the phased completion would not have been viable. The client wanted access two weeks early for furniture and IT installation and by reprogramming late into the project, we were able to deliver these requirements.
OutcomeHamish Pollock, Architect on the project said bluu were "A breath of fresh air"
